At KordnRoy’s Crafts and Creations, each item is carefully handmade or custom-created. Please review our refund policy before completing your purchase.

Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable. This includes items created to a customer’s specific request such as names, colors, designs, sizes, or themes.
Ready-Made (Non-Custom) Items
Refunds or exchanges for non-custom, ready-made items may be considered if:

The item is unused and in its original condition

A request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is provided
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made by KordnRoy’s Crafts and Creations.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
