2. Eligibility

3. Products & Services

All products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, size, or design. Such variations are not considered defects.

Custom and personalized items are created based on customer-provided details. Customers are responsible for verifying all information before submitting an order.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated

  • Full payment is required at checkout

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product descriptions

5. Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale once production begins. Changes or cancellations may only be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not started.

KordnRoy’s Crafts and Creations is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review the Refund Policy page for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, logos, designs, product descriptions, and text—is the property of KordnRoy’s Crafts and Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Custom designs created by us may not be resold, replicated, or distributed without authorization.
